2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, sign-in identity, product access, purchase and subscription status, messages you send us, and information submitted through our interest or contact forms.

When you use ChatGPT sign-in, the hosting service provides the email address and available display name associated with that sign-in so we can protect your account and match purchases to the correct customer.

3. Assessment answers and results

Your assessment answers, saved shortlist, and generated results are currently stored in your browser on the device you use. They are not intentionally sent to our customer database. Clearing browser storage or changing devices may remove those locally saved results, so use the print or save option for your records.

4. Payments

Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may collect payment, billing, device, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under its own privacy policy. We retain transaction identifiers, amounts, customer email, payment status, and product access records needed to provide support and maintain your account.
