Access More Services provides educational assessments, opportunity-development resources, personalized planning tools, and guided reflection. The service is operated by ZTALIA TREASURES LLC under the assumed name Access More Services.

Last updated October 14, 20262. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate information. Product access is tied to the signed-in email used for checkout and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written approval.
3. Educational guidance—not a guarantee
Assessments and recommendations support reflection and research. They do not guarantee employment, income, promotion, admission, certification, remote work, business success, or relationship outcomes. Career, financial, legal, tax, medical, mental-health, safety, and relationship decisions may require qualified professional advice.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for independently verifying employers, training providers, credentials, business opportunities, costs, licensing requirements, and other third-party claims before acting. Never pay to obtain a job offer or share sensitive information before verifying the recipient.
5. Purchases and access
Prices and access periods are shown before checkout. Individual assessments and the Complete Assessment Bundle provide 12 months of access beginning after verified payment. Digital Room Membership is billed monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes, when required, are shown at checkout.
6. Subscriptions
The Digital Room Membership automatically renews at the displayed monthly price until you cancel. You may cancel through the secure Stripe billing portal or request assistance at hello@accessmoreservices.com. Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not normally remove access before the end of the paid billing period.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility and cancellation procedures are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The site, assessment questions, scoring structure, reports, graphics, and resources belong to Access More Services or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use them. You may print your own results, but you may not copy, publish, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or distribute our materials.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to restore paid access affected by technical problems and to communicate material changes.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party decisions, services, websites, or outcomes. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim connected to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the 12 months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
